I’m Ronan McDonnell, a technologist working across product, software, data, and operations. I work with organisations on complex systems, and I build projects of my own.
My background spans software, research, data, design, and regulated environments — which means I’m usually most useful where technology, ambiguity, and execution collide.

My work usually sits where strategy meets execution: shaping products, designing systems, building software, working with data, and helping teams make better decisions. I’m most useful when the problem is ambiguous, cross-functional, or difficult to untangle.
I’ve worked across consulting, research, and entrepreneurship, and I’ve built and supported projects in software, data, regulated environments, and operations. That mix means I’m comfortable moving between big-picture thinking and practical delivery.
